Tina is sitting at a table waiting for her next interview and Cadence walks in and introduces herself then sits down at the table. Tina says Is that your resume and Cadence says Yes. Tina asks Cadence to tell her about herself and Cadence goes on to tell her that she graduated with her masters and how she has a lot of experience working as a secretary. Tina says Great the masters degree is very impressive, it’s weird you don’t want to use that more than just being a secretary but I can kinda understand with the job market the way it is as she takes off her jacket. Cadence says Yeah, the hefty work load that comes with the job I got my masters for just isn’t in the works right now with me being a stay at home mom as well, so I’m just dipping my feet back in here trying to start off slow and possibly work up to that. Tina says I did not see that on your resume, I guess I did see a little bit of a job lapse there. Cadence says It won’t be an issue with a full time job, I have a nanny set up so everything will be fine with the hours you are looking for. Tina says Being a mother is a whole other job and Cadence agrees saying Absolutely. Tina says It must have been nice to take that time off and Cadence replies It was of course but I’m really getting antsy and looking forward to stepping back into the office situation. Tina says That’s great. So tell me about your job as the executive assistant, that’s a pretty good thing to have under your belt. Cadence says It was a great opportunity for me to get to work under such a great boss at that job. Tina then says That’s a good company and Cadence says Yeah unfortunately that was leading up to when I had to take the work leave but had I been able to do that I would have went back, they were great to work with and I feel like it really helped me gain some confidence.
