Morning stretchhh ☀️ I like to flow with whatever movements need to come out of my body in the morning. I don’t try to restrict or limit but rather explore what feels right today and where on my body needs more love. I tend to hold a lot of stress in my back and particularly my shoulder blades. Using the wooden roller helps to open up that region of my body and feel less tense overall. After going to my first ever burlesque show last night, my body was realllly feeling it so making time for a good stretch was much needed.
